Beginning her career as a receptionist and medical assistant, Kylie developed a deep appreciation for the day-to-day needs of both patients and healthcare teams. Today, as a practice manager, Kylie draws on that hands-on experience to lead with empathy, ensure operational efficiency, and support a cohesive, high-performing team environment.

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys traveling, catching the latest musicals, spending quality time with friends and family, and trying to be the world’s most fun aunt to her nephews and niece.
